SME’s have another chance to receive Cyber Security Innovation Vouchers worth £5,000 after the UK Department for Culture, Media and Sport announced that it is investing £500,000 into the scheme.
Last time, PGI Cyber took part by offering its skills and expert advice and this time around is no different. With our team of cyber security experts we can offer your organisation great advice on how to improve its cyber security.
By using the vouchers, an SME can pay for an external expert to offer it advice on how to defend their business against cyber-attacks and on how to gain the Cyber Essentials accreditation. With the British government taking the matter of cyber security seriously it prefers to deal with businesses that have obtained the accreditation.
PGI Cyber has made it easier than ever to apply for Cyber Essentials accreditation. On the PGI Cyber website is an online self-assessment portal that guides a company through the 5 different sections of the process. The portal explains and gives advice for each question with the option of referring a question to your IT expert if necessary.
